    A leader in "green" building methods, GA manages over $500 million annually in public design and construction projects.
  • Facility and Office Services
    GA provides real estate and space planning services for office and warehouse space for state agencies throughout Washington.
  • Travel, Cars, and Parking
    We offer a wide range of contracted travel services and manage the state's central motor pool of 1,500 passenger vehicles.
  • Visit the Capitol
    We welcome more than 200,000 visitors each year to the historic buildings and grounds of the Capitol Campus in Olympia.
  • Surplus
    We manage recycling and re-use programs on behalf of government that annually keep more than 600,000 pounds of materials out of our landfills.
