How to file a public records request with General Administration
Please use our

or send us a letter or email with the
following information:

How we will respond to your request?
Once we receive your public records request, we will respond in one of the following ways:
- By providing the record.
- By acknowledging that the agency has received the request and providing a reasonable estimate of the time the agency will require to respond to the request.
- By denying the request, or a portion of it, and citing the
specific legal exemption allowing the denial:
