How to file a public records request with General Administration

Please use our records request form or send us a letter or email with the following information:

• Requester’s name, address, phone, email address and fax number.

• Date of request.

• The specific records you are requesting, or a general description of the records you are seeking.

How we will respond to your request?

Once we receive your public records request, we will respond in one of the following ways:

• By providing the record.
• By acknowledging that the agency has received the request and providing a reasonable estimate of the time the agency will require to respond to the request.
• By denying the request, or a portion of it, and citing the specific legal exemption allowing the denial: List of disclosure exemptions

If all or any part of your request is denied, you can appeal that decision to:
