Agency transportation officers (ATOs)
A designated person who handles transportation issues for their respective agency. They serve as the liaison between the agency and the State Motor Pool. ATOs ensure that their agency receives vital information in a timely manner. It is the agency's responsibility to notify Motor Pool when ATO's change.
ATO Duties
Approves and signs all permanent and project vehicle applications. They are also responsible for the following:
- Agency Automobile Policies
- Monthly Mileage Reports
- Lost or Replacement Fuel Cards
Changes
ATOs are responsible for maintaining accurate information regarding employees that use motor pool vehicles. Employees should notify their ATO of any changes to the following:
- Name
- Address
- PO Box
- Phone Number(s)
- Back up person(s) name(s)
- Fax Number(s)
- E-mail address(s)
