CPARB Requested Legislation 2010

• HB 2675/SB 6401  Allows an alternative process for selecting an electrical contractor or a mechanical contractor, or both, for general contractor/construction manager projects.

CPARB 2010 Legislation of Interest

• HB 2617/ ' SB 6426'  Eliminates boards and commissions including CPARB (and its Project Review Committee (PRC)).  The bill gives duties of the CPARB and PRC to General Administration.
• HB 2575/ SB 6278'  Adds one member to CPARB representing regional transit authorities.
• HB 2517/ ' SB 6327'  Exempting housing authorities from laws governing the construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of property by other public bodies.
