Surplus for Priority & Priority+ Organizations
How special organizations can shop surplus:
Priority organizations are state or public agencies, or tax-exempt nonprofit organizations. As a Priority organization, you can shop surplus using any of the options available to the public. In addition you can use any of the following services:
- Retail store - shop the best items before they are available to the public
- Tumwater warehouse - purchase surplus office items at the Tumwater warehouse (for government organizations only)
- Want List - request items through our online form
- Buy vehicles - before they are auctioned publicly
- Special sale events - sales for Priority organizations only
- Special hours -to shop the warehouse
Priority+ organizations are Priority organizations that provide services in health care, education, or to homeless/impoverished families and individuals. Services for Priority+ customers include:
- Shop surplus or uses services available to Priority customers (see list above)
- Purchase surplus property from federal organizations available through surplus programs
Law enforcement Agencies (LEAs) may obtain excess military assets. Please see Items for law enforcement agencies for more information.
