New surveys seek feedback
In January 2011, Real Estate Services will begin sending a brief “transaction survey” at the conclusion of every project to the primary facilities contact of our client agencies. The surveys will help us continue to refine our services to meet customers’ needs and to improve current processes. They will also serve as a tool to keep the communication lines open. Customer feedback is important and it will be instrumental in helping us improve the way we do business in the future.
Three different surveys will capture information in the following transaction categories:
- Lease Renewals
- New Space Projects
- Acquisition and Disposal/Alterations/Technical Services
We hope our customers will take the time to complete and return the surveys. It takes just a short time, and will provide important information to improve our services.
