Special Purchasing Programs: Janitorial Services – New Master Contract 00508

The janitorial service contracting process can help your organization obtain janitorial services that meet your specific needs. Effective November 17, 2008 a new program (Contract #00508) offers the following efficiencies and features:

    • Improved Request for Quotes (RFQ) Form for Bidders

Get Started

  1. Download and complete the Work Request Form Microsoft Excel Icon
  2. Email the completed form to csmail@ga.wa.gov
  3. We will review and contact you within 48 hours

Post the Opportunity:

  1. We finalize the request (sample) Microsoft Excel Icon
  2. We post the request to the prequalified vendor list under master Contract 00508 using Washington’s Electronic Bid System (WEBS)

Conduct the Site Visit:

  1. Download and bring the Request for Quotation Microsoft Excel Icon to the job site
  2. Follow the Site Visit Instructions Adobe Icon
  3. Complete the site visit registration form Microsoft Excel Icon

Evaluation and Award:

Tier I Evaluation consists of the bidders Quality Assurance scores from the Profile and Offer questions along with the Bidders three highest references scores.  These scores have been entered into the master score sheet and will be used for the Tier II process. The bidder’s price score will be combined with the bidder’s Tier 1 Reference score and Quality Assurance score to determine the winner and the contract will be formed.
