Card Implementation
US Bank will have two teams implementing programs and maintaining
on-going relationships. Each of these teams has an Implementation
Manager who is identified on
the schedule
.
Your Relationship or Account Manager and the Account Coordinator
contacts will be provided at the time of implementation.
Prior to your scheduled implementation you will receive an email communication from US Bank. This will acknowledge your scheduled start date and provide you with all the information needed to be prepared for implementation. Note that State Agencies should receive this email 30 days prior to start date and that a REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE (RTP) form is needed. This form will not delay your scheduled implementation, but will help expedite the process. Political Subdivisions will receive the email notification 90 days prior to start date. This will allow for sufficient processing of the RTP and other required documentation for your organization and US Bank. There will be a deadline to provide US Bank with paperwork that if not met could cause a delay in your implementation. Programs are welcome and encouraged to submit paperwork at any time in advance of your implementation, but your start date will still follow the schedule.
For Implementations conducted by Nancy Knapp, your program’s primary contact will be called prior to your scheduled start date to arrange a pre-implementation meeting. This meeting will document all of your business requirements and will also establish one hour weekly implementation meetings.
For Implementations conducted by Nicole Dufour, your program’s primary contact will be called sometime during your scheduled start week. On this call business requirements will be collected or a more convenient meeting time will be arranged.
The Implementation Schedule was created in an effort to facilitate a smooth transition process. Since State Agencies and Universities/Colleges/Technical Schools fall under the master WA ST WSCA PA they are scheduled first. Political Subdivisions that require individual PA and financial review will follow. Please note that this schedule is a living and breathing document, in that it will not be “final” until the transition is over. Programs will fall back and move forward as we progress. These changes will be discussed during the weekly US Bank & WA ST GA implementation strategy meetings and will then be adjusted accordingly on the schedule.
As you will see this is a very large undergoing for all parties involved. Your support and patience are greatly appreciated and we look forward to a mutually rewarding partnership.
