Meet the Project Team

The Heritage Center & Executive Office Building Project brings together a vast array of experience from members of General Administration, the Office of the Secretary of State and other state officials in coordination with a team of accomplished building professionals.

  • Architects
    SRG Partnership is an architectural firm contracted by GA to provide architectural planning and design for the project. SRG is not new to Washington State buildings. Previously, the firm was contracted to renovate the Washington State Capitol building.
  • Construction Manager
    Mortenson is the company contracted by GA as the general contractor/ construction manager. Mortenson also has history working with state buildings, including the Washington Corrections Center for Women.
