Department of Enterprise Services Annual Training Conference & Trade Show - Booth & Sponsorship Details

According to statute (RCW 42.56.070 (9)), we cannot supply a list of Tradeshow government attendees.

Terms and Conditions:

Note: Booths are not carpeted.

Cost of booth (s) includes piping, draping, dividers, one 8-foot draped table, 2 chairs, one 500-watt duplex outlet, a 7" X 44" one-line exhibitor identification sign with the booth number in 2" letters, and a name badge for each company employee at the trade show.

Additional exhibitor information will be e-mailed to your contact noted in your registration.  This information will be e-mailed the week of October 4, 2011 from GES Decorator offering information on additional services available including material handling, phone lines, etc.

You are also required to read and understand the Greater Tacoma Convention & Event Center Exhibitors Guidelines.


Advertising: Advertising spaces available in our show program at the following rates. The ads below are all in portrait layout. (Approximately 900 show books given to all attendees (customers and vendors)

  • Please provide ad copy electronically as an email attachment.
  • Our preference is Acrobat PDF (color or grayscale) 
  • Minimum 300 dpi (do not compress your art more than 300dpi).
  • All fonts should be embedded or converted to lines
  • Other files types are .EPS and TIF (300 dpi), please tell us what  software was used to create your file.
  • Files should be compatible with Adobe 6.0 and should contain no security settings.
  • Email your ad to: vla@ga.wa.gov
  • We must have your ad no later than September 30, 2011 to be included in the show book

Booth Giveaways: The following is a clarification on booth giveaways and door prizes

Giveaways in booths are permitted, but must be "de-minimis" in value.
No Door Prizes or Drawings

  • Smoked Turkey & Tillamook cheddar cheese
  • Honey-glazed ham & Jarlsberg Swiss Cheese
  • Chicken Caesar salad
  • Spinach/mixed greens salad

Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations will be given if you cancel by close of business October 7, 2011.  Cancellations received after that date will be responsible for booth/sponsorship fees.
Payment Information: Payment must be received in our office on or before October 10, 2011.
