Project Review Committee (PRC)

About the Project Review Committee

The 2007 Legislative Session created the Project Review Committee (PRC) through HB 1506 (RCW 39.10) to work under CPARB. The PRC is responsible to review and approve Public Body certification and project approval applications for the utilization of GC/CM and Design/Build delivery methods of construction.

Appeal Process

Final determinations by the committee may be appealed to the board within seven days by the public body or by an interested party. A written notice of an appeal must be provided to the committee, and, as applicable, to the public body. CPARB shall resolve an appeal within forty-five (45) days of receipt of the appeal and shall send a written determination of its decision to the party making the appeal and to the appropriate public body, as applicable. The public body shall comply with the determination of the Board (2SHB 1506, Section 109).
